PostEurop Plenary Assembly is an effective collaborative platform for Europe’s postal decision-makers to exchange best practices and insights on the priorities of the postal industry, unlock new opportunities and growth drivers for innovation and success, and discuss current trends.

PostEurop Virtual Event

The virtual event brings together over 53 European postal operators, CEOs, innovators and sector leaders to discuss how the postal service is responding to current and emerging opportunities as well as managing challenges.

The plenary sessions include special keynotes and announcement of the awards.


Business Forum

International contributors and moderators will discuss how the postal sector can incorporate sustainability into their businesses to compete successfully and provide commercial services in the rapidly changing markets in which they operate. Presentations will include the Sustainability strategies to and key learnings from the COVID-19 pandemic.


This year’s event will include the presentation of the Innovation Awards, the CSR Coups de Coeur Awards and the EUROPA Stamps Awards.



The health and safety of PostEurop Members are of the utmost importance. While the 2021 PostEurop Plenary Assembly and Business Forum had been planned as an in-person event to take place in Dublin, Ireland in October, due to the on-going global Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, this event is now a virtual event.
